William and Martha Mary (nee Sparks) Duffield

Late in 1869 at Kensington, London, Martha Mary Sparks the third daughter of James and Mary Sparks of Piddletown, Dorset married William Duffield who was born in Oxfordshire. He was a Police Constable and was six years younger than Martha. In 1871 the couple were living at Sylvan Road Tyne Estate in Barking, Essex. They had a new born son, James. The couple later emigrated to Australia.
